Welcome to 3B Fitness!
For those new to the crew, 3B is a personalized gym facility located in Chester NH. We started in 2019 by professional firefighter, nutrition coach and certified trainer, Brad Palmer. We specialize in personal/small group training and offer group classes that rotate seasonally.
Our mission is to create a private and safe gym environment for those looking to start or improve their fitness journey.

Brad P
Brad is a professional firefighter in southern NH, a NASM certified personal and group fitness trainer, nutrition coach and the founder of 3B Fitness.
"I started this gym to give my clients a unique training experience that would promote confidence and encourage strength in a private gym facility."
Brad's passion for fitness is immeasurable and is sure to inspire you to get moving on your own fitness journey!

Alexa R
Alexa has been working behind the scenes at 3B as head of marketing and operations since first opening. She recently pursued her passion for fitness by becoming an ACE certified personal trainer and brings an energetic, quirky personality to the 3B crew!

Congrats on starting your fitness journey! 3B creates 100% personalized workout programs so you can get the results you're looking for. With a the help of a private facility, "gym-timidation" is no longer a reason to stall on your fitness goals.
We focus on form, knowledge of equipment, and start with basic exercises so you feel completely confident with your workouts.
STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
We encourage all of our clients to incorporate strength training and conditioning into their fitness regime in order to increase muscle strength, power, speed, and agility while also helping to increase fat loss and toned muscles.
